And how did we record the results?
Most people are using a Tanita Inner Scan Body Composition Scale that records weight, body fat%, muscle, metabolic rate, and metabolic age, bone mass and visceral fat and we know how we feel and look.

What exercise did we do daily?
Excluding the normal daily working routines 15 minutes am and pm walking and bouncing on a mini trampoline.

How much water did we drink?
Our body requires a minimum amount of clean filtered water daily to sustain good health. To determine that amount in litres (oz) you should multiply your body weight in kg x 0.03 (or lbs x 0.45) to determine the amount of litres or ounces. As examples a 67kg (147lb) person requires a minimum of 2 litres (66oz) – a 100kg (220lb) person requires a minimum of 3 litres (99oz). If you don’t drink the water you don’t flush out the toxins and impurities and your body wraps them up in fat to protect the organs.

We are targeting the removal of the toxins and impurities. When these are removed the body no longer needs to protect the organs so the body fat is released. Weight loss is a great side benefit.

The experiment results so far.
The experiment started off as a 30 day experiment and has been running for 55 days when this article was written. Some participants are so impressed with how they feel and look that they have forgone their usual Xmas celebrations and extend the experiment to 90 days. Participants have done some or all of the 55 days. There have been 20 participants in the experiment.

The longest serving participant has done 55 days at the time of writing and reports the following results. 15.7lbs lighter (7.1kg), an 8.5% drop in body fat, 5.2 lbs of new muscle mass (2.3kg), 31 years younger in metabolic age and a 45 BPM resting heart rate. The newest participant joining the experiment has completed 2 days and reports being 4.1lbs lighter (1.8kg).

I personally only completed 7 days eating 100% Super Food because I joined the experiment without preparation in advance and had other travel commitments that I believed would restrict me complying with the entire challenge. I’m really impressed with my results after only 7 days.

In those 7 days I completed I released 3.1kg (6.8lbs) and a full 3% of body fat, which is truly amazing considering that over the last 4 years I have already released 46kg (102lb). At 70 years old I’m now in the very best shape of my life and my Doctor has given me a clean bill of health.

SUMMARY
The challenge is proving to be very interesting and has certainly supplied me with the answers in relation to my questions; can we survive, and what are the likely results of eating nothing but Super Foods. I’ll have another blood test now just to ensure that I’m as good as I feel.
